Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Copley-Controls ACM-090-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Csr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Craftsman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cr-Technology product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Csr such as the 402CNSP0S50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11312793 manufactured by Craftsman and we are pleased to be able to service most Craftsman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2407380A by Manufacturer Cr-Technology as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Creonics Brand PC108488 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Corman-Cornet such as A182 equipment made by Corman-Cornet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Corman-Cornet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Corman-Cornet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 800788 made by Copley-Controls as well as the popular E101532 original spares produced by Telemotive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D2CB1120R by Crouse-Hinds and A182 spares by Corman-Cornet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 038530G0200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Techmotive.
